Accessibility for people with disabilities
- PRICES: Preferential rates are available on presentation of a disability card at the reception counter. For structures specializing in accompanying disabled persons, please contact us directly.
- TOILETS: We have a wheelchair-accessible toilet at the entrance to our reception area.
- GUIDE DOGS: Dogs are welcome on all our tours, provided they are kept on a leash.
- WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY: The Park is 80% accessible (see map below for access routes), but difficult to use in electric wheelchairs. For boat tours, only one manual wheelchair will be allowed on board, and unfortunately electric wheelchairs are not allowed for technical reasons. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
Accessibility for children and babies
- PARK STROLLERS: You can access the entire Salt Adventure Park with a stroller.
- BOAT STROLLERS: Unfortunately, strollers cannot board boats. You must leave your stroller in the designated area (at the pier) for the duration of the Boat Tour. You’ll be able to pick it up right after the ride, for the rest of the tour. The Salt Adventure Park and the Salt Maker meeting point are fully accessible by baby carriage.
